This tongue-in-cheek review satirizes the film’s portrayal of Origin as a source of marital conflict between Darwin and his wife Emma, who respectively represent science and religion. Science and religion clashing on the silver screen? How boring. But a man and a woman, now there’s the stuff of cinema.
