Why must the nation grieve with God?
Why must it be a natural expectation that any national tragedy will be accompanied by prayers?

clipper987…you are wrong about the NRA and the president.
First, you are “free” due to the NRA and all the gun owners in this country. Don’t waste your time debating this. You can’t, so don’t.
Next, it is not a false claim that the “president” was not born in America. It has already been proven he was born in Kenya. Unfortunately this matter is ignored for a whole bunch of political and social reasons. However, Obama made the claim he was born in Kenya prior to him running for any political office. Consider this….if he was born in America there never would have been a question of it to begin with. This is not racially or religiously motivated. No one else running for office since 1776 has had this issue come up. Next, why the freezing of his records? If he was born in America then he would have nothing to hide. On his college registration is says he was born in Kenya.
I agree with you view about the Repubs. However, please put more educated thought into your posts.
The NRA Rules, and Obama is Kenyan! Next.

You are correct about my criticism of the NRA, however not about his citizenship; you have a right to your own opinion, but not the FACTS!!!!

Realisticfacto I would like to point out a fallacy in your argument that what clipper987 is a fallacy. You state that, “if he was born in America there never would have been a question of it to begin with.” The level of reason in that argument amounts to about a 3rd grade level and I am pushing it with 3rd grade. To say that an investigation into an issue/matter (in this case Obama’s birthplace) is grounds that it must be true, is one of the worst justification plausible. There are millions of claims made each and every day about everyone, so you say that all of these are correct on the terms you set forth in your quote.

No one could get elected in this country if one doesn’t believe in God, as a matter of fact just the opposite is true, all one must do to get elected in the Republican party is wrap a flag around one self and hold a bible in one hand and gun in other, and claim that one is anti-abortion and anti-gay! What a sad state of affairs this country is in with all the religion rhetoric. The Republican Party has been taken over by the evangelical movement in this country; it should now be call en the Christian party and become the third party, the only way the Republican Party can get back on track and separate themselves from this radical thinking. And the first thing they can do is denounce the NRA, and denounce all the idiots that claim the president is not a citizen, and all the other FALSE claims made by the Christian radicals! And bring this country back as a united country. The Good USA.
