The Vatican has launched two separate investigations of nuns in the United States. Ostensibly to “look into the quality of life” of the nuns, it appears that the primate who ordered the investigation, Cardinal Franc Rodé, is more interested in the nuns not focusing sufficiently hard enough on promoting the all male priest caste, discouraging homosexuality, and not living in cloisters while decked out in habits.
