I remember one summer when I came back from Chruch camp. I was so eager to tell my parents everything that I learned. During my rambling at the dinner table, my dad said, “Eddy, they better not be brainwashing you.” I left the table, went to my room and cried myself to sleep. It took me 6 years to thank my dad for what he had said.
