I have often wondered if those who believe that there is a purpose to the universe ever thought that if there was, what if they don’t get picked for the good outcomes? What I mean is, what if their death, say being impaled on a fence post after a car wreck, is what the almighty desires to further his plan for the universe? Is that a god one would want to give abject fealty to? I think not. I will take impersonal randomness over a fickle ethereal dictator who has it in for me any day. BTW “More poop!” LOL

I was blessed to watch this, it generated an amazing perspective.

SO MUCH BETTER that / if the universe does NOT have a purpose so that we may generate our own purpose..

You picked up SSSTRAAAIGHT after Carl Sagan. I hope to see your new Cosmos series soon! When’s it due? In region 2. (Europe, right?)
