Street Preacher cleared of shouting homophobic abuse in the street

A district judge threw out the case against Paul Shaw, who was arrested in February, after the prosecution could not proceed because there was neither evidence nor written statements from the complainants. Mr Shaw insisted that he had a clear conscience about his opinions. But the District judge asked: “There are other sorts of ‘sins’. Do you think you could concentrate on those for a bit?”
