There is something about expressing opinions that is sacred for many. This is especailly true for those considered intelligent. They will defend opinions even if there is nothing to defend only seemingly from inertia.

Now before posting a link to the infamous I, Libertine affair I must say that I’m doing it with a stright face and wouldn’t express any satisfaction from human nature being exposed. I wouldn’t for a moment enjoy such an attack on human dignity. However, for those who would chuckle at such a revelation, I’ll post a link as a public service. I remain with flushed cheeks, an innocent look, and a wink.
