Hi folks!

I’m currently an undergraduate student of medieval English language and literature, though, mutinous to my literary heritage, I have my sights on cognitive linguistics as a career (phonological neuroscience in particular). I also love philosophy and classical music, and, surprise, surprise, feel nothing but contempt for religion. smile

About the only thing that one should take seriously on this forum is to enjoy interacting with others.  Educating them or being educated by them, may happen, but better for that goal to go to school. It is also useful to be able to laugh at oneself as readily as at others.

Dvořák is one of the relatively fewish moderin composers I really like, by the way. In the classical/“legit” realm I’m much more inclined toward those who are contemporary to your major studies—give or take a century ... or two.
