Well, among my various speculations on the matter, I was wondering the catholic’s Forced Birth Movement was founded on the point that Mary had an unplanned and unwanted pregnancy, but evidently she consented to be god’s surrogate.

Of course this is all just armchair quarterbacking of a fairytale. 

But yes she did, but god knew what the answer was before she was ask. If I knew the future and ask you to do something that I already knew you would do, did you really have a choice?

I don’t think Mary had a choice.  She was told she would bear a child and was given a veiled threat - nothing is impossible for the Lord.  All she did was acknowledge her fate but I wouldn’t consider that consent.

So god raped her? You make god out to be a fucking prick, but that’s not possible, he’s prefect.

Anyway, what Joseph could never quite figure out is why God would resemble the baker - same eyes and gait, etc.

Therefore, he has some fundamental questions about the biography of jeezuz, and more particularly his mother, that he would humbly put before his fellow Forumites, before god smites the Forumites.
