Monotheism (Catholicism) vs Polytheism (Hindu)

In monotheism there is only one god that is really three parts (Father, son, spirit)
In polytheism there are three main gods that are of one substance (Brahman Shiva Vishnu)

In monotheism there are angels that live in heaven and sometimes have missions to earth.
In polytheism there are minor gods that live in heaven and sometimes have missions to earth.

In monotheism there are people who go to heaven and have the ability to do miracles, they are recognized as saints.
In polytheism there are people who go to heaven and have the ability to do miracles, they are recognized as demi-gods.

In monotheism god sent a part of himself to earth to live as a man and teach people true morals we call him Christ Jesus.
In polytheism god sent an avatar of himself to earth to live as a man and teach people true morals we call him Krishna.

In monotheism there are statues to the virgin mother Mary who is very demure
In polytheism there are statues to various goddesses who are very voluptuous.

There you have it, the differences are startling.

Exactly!

It all comes down to your take on breasteses ...

She had the figure of a Hindu Goddess ...
Not too surprisingly, with the Goddess example of feminine beauty set out for them in the local temple, Hindu women who actually approached this standard were more highly valued, and it seems, got more opportunity to have surviving daughters. I have no studies to back up my personal observations,  but a rather significant number of the Indian ladies in my city have a fully voluptuous figure which they often show off in an open midriff Saree.
(The Catholic ladies on the other hand, are fat and frumpy but read fashion magazines showing ultra thin well dressed models. So it seems that the Mother Mary demure look never really caught on, even with the Catholic Church pushing motherhood).
