‘lo, everyone!  My name is Kristin, I’m 22, and I’m currently residing in the San Francisco Bay Area (but I’m originially from Los Angeles/Orange County).  I’m a psych major, still have another year to go.  I would LOVE to go into a joint degree program for JD/PhD in psychology after I graduate.

The ability to reason is not my greatest strength (I tend to let my emotions have first say in dictating my thoughts and behavior, but I’m trying to calm down), but at least I have the sense to recognize it and admit my limits.  If only the same could be said for the rest of the population!  In any event, I have a deep appreciation and respect for science and I’m looking forward to what the next few years (hell, months) will bring.  I just hope Obama starts giving even more funding for research soon!

If you ever stop in at the Pacific Cafe’, say hi to the owner, Ross, from Kim and Mark in NJ! We’re friends of his wife Jayne. If Jayne happens to be there, just call her “Little Jayne” - she’ll love it!
