Growing up, I always swore I would never live in Kansas, but, well, here I am. It just so happens I have a halfway respectable job as a financial analyst at a company that just barely misses the Fortune 500 cutoff.

I enjoy reading books. Mostly fantasy and sci-fi, but I try to squeeze in the occasional non-fiction book every once in a while. Recently I’ve caught up on all the Song of Ice and Fire books by George RR Martin, and have started on Terry Goodkind’s Sword of Truth series.

I just bought a new Ibanez bass guitar and have been playing the crap out of that thing. Hopefully one day I won’t suck.
